I’m Mohammed Asif K, a qualified civil engineer with over 8 years of experience in the construction industry. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.), a Postgraduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Valuation, and a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (M.E.). My academic background, combined with hands-on experience, forms the foundation of my work in delivering efficient and cost-effective construction solutions.
I began my professional journey as a Quantity Surveyor with a reputed firm in Hyderabad, Telangana, where I developed key competencies in project estimation, cost control, and contract management.
In 2016, I founded M-Kube Qs & Contractors LLP, taking on our first project near Arakkonam, Chennai—constructing 25 individual houses for economically weaker sections in collaboration with a charitable trust. Since then, we’ve expanded our operations across Tamil Nadu, with active projects in Madurai, Rajapalayam, and Trichy.
Later in 2016, during the nationwide demonetization phase, I recognized a gap in the digital infrastructure of the construction sector. This led to the creation of M-Kube Infocon Pvt. Ltd., a PROPTECH startup aimed at bridging this gap by facilitating construction material trading and offering a suite of allied services through a unified digital platform.

Iconic Project
As part of Startup Tamil Nadu’s Villupuram Hackathon, and in collaboration with the Villupuram District Administration, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the PMAY-G scheme’s implementation gaps and on-ground challenges. By actively engaging with local stakeholders, we worked to improve housing delivery and ensure better access for underserved rural communities.
